Order Shipping, Tracking, Returns & Exchanges

How will my order be shipped and what are the charges and delivery times to expect?
At Nextou.com we utilize the most cost effective, rapid delivery methods possible for our customers. These shipping methods include the US Postal Service and UPS. We ship all orders within 24-48 hours of receiving and shipping costs are dependent upon the delivery option you choose. We send out a shipment confirmation via e-mail to every customer indicating the date of shipment, carrier, expected delivery time, and in most cases, a tracking identification number.

Do you ship to destinations outside of the United States and what are the shipping charges?
We are happy to report that we do ship internationally and shipping is charged at a flat rate of $34.50 per order, with the exception of Canadian destinations, which is $13.70.

What is your return/exchange policy?
We realize that there are occasions when a customer will need to return an order for credit or exchange. Due to the intimate nature of undergarments, health regulations prevent us from accepting any underwear or hosiery which have been worn or tried on. With this in mind, you may return item(s) for exchange or credit within 30 days of the date of your original order by sending the merchandise with all original packaging to:

Please be sure to indicate whether you would like to take advantage of our exchange option or prefer a refund to your credit card.

For  return or exchange, you are responsible for the cost of returning the merchandise.

In the unlikely event that we have inadvertently sent you incorrect merchandise or you received defective merchandise, please notify us immediately.  We will send you a postage paid return label, and we will not charge you for the shipping costs of replacement merchandise.

How do I know if the items I want to purchase are in stock?
At Nextou.com we have a "real-time" inventory, which means our customers can see the availability of any style/color/size combination on each product when adding the item(s) to their shopping cart.

Do you back order items currently not in stock?
Presently we do not "back order" items; however we are researching the potential benefit to our customers in adding this option to our site.
